The system generates automatically a range of ToDo tasks according to the event triggers.
The system looks up for users with the ToDo permissions and creates ToDo tasks for them upon occurrence of a specific event in the system.
The following ToDo tasks can be created:

| DPP Job has been created – [Job Number] | A new DPP Job has been created. The Job number will be specified in the task. |
| Sale has been completed for Job [Job Number] | The Sale has been completed for a specific Job. The Job number will be specified in the task. |
| Estimate for Job Number [Job Number] has been re-done! | Re-estimation of a specific Job has been initiated. The Job number will be specified in the task. |
| Subcontractor has expired | A specific Subcontractor has expired. The name of the Subcontractor, as well as the expiry date, will be specified in the task. |
| Sub-contractor expiry events are approaching | A specific Subcontractor approaches the expiry date. The name of the Subcontractor, as well as the expiry date, will be specified in the task. |
| System Email Template [Template Name] is Overwritten | A Corporate or Master User has overwritten a specific System Email Template. The template name, as well as the link to its overwritten version, will be specified in the task. |
| Job Email Template [Template Name] is Overwritten | A Corporate or Master User has overwritten a specific Job Email Template. The template name, as well as the link to its overwritten version, will be specified in the task. |
| Builder’s Insurance Expires on [Expiry Date] | The Builder’s Insurance expires on a specific date. The expiry date will be specified in the task. |
| Xero Issue – NOT existing Job number archived | An issue occurred in Xero. A non-existing Job Number has been created and used by a user in Xero. This Job has been archived. |
| Xero Issue – NOT existing Cost Center archived | An issue occurred in Xero. A non-existing Cost Center has been used by a user in Xero. This Cost Center has been archived. |
| Xero Issue – Sales Invoice Created – [Office Name] | An issue occurred in Xero. A user from a specific Office has added a Sales Invoice with the Job Number in Xero. The Office name, Invoice and Job numbers will be specified in the task. The user was not allowed to do this. |
| Xero – New Contact | A new Contact has been created in Xero in the result of entering a new transaction. The name of the Contact will be specified in the task. |
| Xero – Contact overwritten in Sales Invoice | The Contact has been overwritten in a specific Sales Invoice in Xero. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero – Line item(s) overwritten in Sales Invoice | The Line Items have been overwritten in a specific Sales Invoice. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero Issue – Correct Line item(s) in Sales Invoice | The Line Items has been changed in a specific Sales Invoice in Xero. The system cannot automatically fix them because of payments. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero – Line Amount overwritten in Sales Invoice | The Line Amount Type has be overwritten in a specific Sales Invoice in Xero by a user who was not allowed to do this. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero Issue – Correct Line Amount Type in Sales Invoice | The Line Amount Type has been changed in a specific Sales Invoice in Xero. The system cannot automatically fix it because of payments. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero – Quantity overwritten in Sales Invoice | The Line Quantity has been overwritten in a specific Sales Invoice in Xero. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero – Account overwritten in Sales Invoice | The Account code has been overwritten for a specific Sales Invoice in Xero. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero Issue – Account changed in Sales Invoice | The Account code has been changed for a specific Sales Invoice in Xero. The system cannot automatically fix it. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero – Job Number overwritten in Sales Invoice | The Job Number has been overwritten in a specific Sales Invoice in Xero. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero Issue – Job Number changed in Sales Invoice | The Job Number has been changed in the Sales Invoice in Xero. The system cannot automatically fix it. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero Issue – Cost Center added in Sales Invoice | A Cost Center number has been used in Line Items for the Sales Invoice in Xero. The system cannot automatically fix it. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero Issue – Reversed Draw is NOT Voided | A specific Draw has been reversed but has not been voided in Xero due to the probable partial or full payment. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero – Sales Invoice Number overwritten | The Sales Invoice Number has been overwritten in Xero. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero Issue – Sales Invoice Number changed | The Sales Invoice number has been overwritten in Xero. The system cannot automatically fix it. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero Issue – Sales Invoice Synchronization Conflict | The Sales Invoice number has been edited by a user in Xero during synchronization. The issue requires the manual correction through the Builder Portal – Draw information. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Xero Issue – Sales Invoice – Allocation from not existing Credit Note | Allocation from a non-existing Credit Note has been added to a specific Sales Invoice. Manual correction in Xero is required. The Invoice number will be specified in the task. |
| Contact is made Active – Activate in Xero | A specific Contact has been activated in the system. Manual activation of the Contact in Xero is required. The name of the Contact will be specified in the task. |
| Bank account number changed | The user has changed bank account details for a specific account on a particular date. The user’s and contact’s name will be specified in the task. |
| New Price Book has been created | The user has created a new Price Book on a particular date. The user’s name and the Price Book name will be specified in the task. |
| Permit Approved Date has been changed | The user has changed the Permit Approved Date for a specific Job on a particular date. The user’s name and the Job number will be specified in the task. |
| Change Order [Change Order Number] has been approved for Job [Job Number] | The Change Order number has been approved for a specific Job. The Change Order number and Job number will be specified in the task. |
| Change Order [Change Order Number] has been reversed for Job [Job Number] | The Change Order number has been reversed for a specific Job. The Change Order number and Job number will be specified in the task. |
