New Invoice Status column added to Claims/Draws tab in Job Details and Job Financials
What’s changing
A new column is coming to the Claims/Draws tab for jobs to show the status of your invoices. Now you don’t have to open Xero to find out what happened to your invoice in the History section.
- A new column shows the status of all claims/draws and credit notes for the job in Xero.
- The Show All button can be toggled to view invoices that have been voided or deleted.
- When Show All is enabled the summary totals will be recalculated.
Who’s impacted
All users who have access to view job details.
Why you’d use it
You used to need to search through Xero to find out the status of an invoice. Now you can quickly see if the invoice has been paid or if any previous invoices have been voided. Then you can simply hover over the invoice and click the link to be taken straight to it in Xero.
Getting started
There is no end user setting for this feature.
Rollout pace
This feature will be available to users in the United States on July 6, 2021, and will be rolled out to Australian and New Zealand users on July 14, 2021.
