{"id":1200,"date":"2019-03-14T16:51:16","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T16:51:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/builder-help.gjgardner.com\/?page_id=1200"},"modified":"2021-11-07T16:36:07","modified_gmt":"2021-11-07T16:36:07","slug":"job-details","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"http:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/nz\/hc\/job-admin\/job-details\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Details Overview"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job details are where you can view and edit information for a Job.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To edit the details you need to have the correct office permissions, otherwise, the page will open in view-only mode where all fields will be disabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\">Click on the client&#8217;s name at the top of the page to view their contact details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to View\/Edit Job Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the sidebar, click <strong>Jobs<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Once the Jobs section expands, click<strong> Job List<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Search for a Job and click to open.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">Job details can only be edited if the Job is Active. It contains the information on the Site inspection from the RFQ Management form. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Insurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insurance tab is visible when the <strong>Use this Facility<\/strong> option is enabled on the System Variables &gt; Manager tab. You can change it by clicking the field and selecting a needed date from the date picker.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Company<\/strong><\/td><td>The insurance company name, which is specified in the System Variable Manager tab.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Current Amount<\/strong><\/td><td>Calculated value of Job estimated cost and all approved Job Change Orders created for the Job.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The field will be empty, if the policy number is not entered.<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you make any changes, click <strong>Process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Draws tab shows the list of Draws that pertain to the current Job. Here you can see all the Draw Invoices and Payments to better understand the payment progress. The system shows only the approved Change Orders which Invoices were created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Contract amounts are set up automatically when the sale is completed using the Price. You can change this amount on this tab. The Change Orders amount is calculated automatically by the system and cannot be changed on this tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Draws can be calculated on the basis of two approaches, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Claim Rule<\/strong><\/td><td>Draw amounts are calculated on the basis of the selected Draw rule. Payment amounts are divided into parts according to the Draw rule stages.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Lender\u2019s Schedule<\/strong><\/td><td>Draw amounts are calculated for each Cost Center separately. Such payments are performed by the Bank organization on behalf of the Customer.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the Job which you want to view Draws for.<\/li><li>Switch to the <strong>Claims<\/strong> tab. The Customer does not directly pay for the Job, but deposits money in the Bank. The Bank pays for the Job on behalf of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike the Draw Stage approach, the Lender\u2019s Schedule approach requires payments for specific Cost Centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">Availability of using the Lender\u2019s Schedule depends on the status of this option in the <a href=\"http:\/\/50.17.214.2\/setup\/system-variables\/setup-system-variables-receivables\/\">System Variables<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewing Cost Centers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the Job which uses the Lender\u2019s Schedule.<\/li><li>Once open the Draws tab, select the <strong>Lender\u2019s Schedule<\/strong> tab.
