At this time a To Do message is sent to the Estimator. The Job Estimate is created by first copying from the House Plan used on the successful quotation. Next the <span class=\"translate-block\">Variations<\/span> are added (or subtracted) from the Job Estimate. Each <span class=\"translate-block\">Variation<\/span> is flagged and requires confirmation by the Estimator before Orders can be produced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Note<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is possible to edit Job Estimate in Authorise mode only. <\/span><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the navigational sidebar select <\/span><b>Jobs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the expanded Sales section, select <\/span><b>Jobs List<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Search for the needed Job.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the Job and click the <\/span><b>Job Estimate <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> icon.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Job Estimate page comprises three resizable blocks. For each Cost Center the following information is displayed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Number<\/strong><\/td><td>The number of the Cost Center.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Description<\/strong><\/td><td>The description of the Cost Center.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Order Cost, $<\/strong><\/td><td>The total cost of the order.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To filter Cost Centers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The filter Cost Centers, click the <strong>Arrow <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1284 alignnone\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/cost-centers-filter.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"113\" height=\"32\"><\/strong>&nbsp;icon and select form the dropdown list a needed order cost. By default <em>Show all<\/em> value is set. When you create a component, you add items to it and nominate in which center the item should be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To access Components, click the first line in the Cost Centers list. Double click the field to edit the quantity. To confirm it, double click the icon.
