They should be satisfied to produce all the Job Orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If not all the criteria are satisfied, the system will show a warning message in the upper right corner (as it is shown on the screenshot above): \u201c<em>All the criteria for orders has not been satisfied. Orders can only be produced up to cost center &#8220;35<\/em>&#8220;. The number <em>35 <\/em>is replaced with the number of cost centers specified the System Variables Job tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the opened page the following information is available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Job field<\/strong><\/td><td>The predefined job number.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Customer<\/strong><\/td><td>Customer name.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Site Address<\/strong><\/td><td>Customer address.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Criteria checkboxes <\/strong><\/td><td>Criteria from the System Variables Job tab.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Orders table<\/strong><\/td><td>The grid with all Orders created for a particular Job.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>\u0421\u0421#<\/strong><\/td><td>Cost Center number.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Description<\/strong><\/td><td>Cost Center name.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Order #<\/strong><\/td><td>Number of order.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Creditor\/Supplier<\/strong><\/td><td>Creditor or Supplier name.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Start Date<\/strong><\/td><td>Contract start date if specified.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Amount, $<\/strong><\/td><td>Amount of money.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Attachments<\/strong><\/td><td>Attachments if some was added.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Send by\/Status<\/strong><\/td><td>Send by method or a status of produced Job Orders.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If a Job Order wasn\u2019t produced, there is <em>email <\/em>or <em>printer <\/em>method.<\/p>\n<p>If a Job Order was produced, there is <em>emailed <\/em>or <em>printed <\/em>status.<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To select Job Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before produce Job Orders, you need to select them. Then you need to select Order # from the list. The system generates Job Orders one by one. It may require some time to generate preview files.<\/li><li>Once a file is generated, a form with the link to the preview file opens. Click the link to the preview file. The Job Order file opens in a new tab.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1355\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/preview-orders-producing.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"318\" height=\"171\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/preview-orders-producing.png 318w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/preview-orders-producing-300x161.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 318px) 100vw, 318px\" \/><\/li><li>To view the next file, click the <strong>Generate next<\/strong> button. The system generates the next file from the queue. Thus you are able to preview all Job Orders.<\/li><li>When complete, click the <strong>Cancel <\/strong>button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To produce Job Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">The system do not produce Job Orders in the following cases:\n- Job Orders with empty supplier filed;\n- Amount of Job Orders is null,\n- When a contract start date is not specified (for New Zealand only).<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click <strong>Process<\/strong> at the top of the page. Once clicked, the system creates a bulk update task in the queue.<\/li><li>In the opened form select the printer for producing files.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Apply.<\/strong><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1356\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/select-printer-for-producing.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"528\" height=\"391\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/select-printer-for-producing.png 528w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/select-printer-for-producing-300x222.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 528px) 100vw, 528px\" \/><\/strong><\/li><li>In the opened pop up window you need to log in to your Gmail.<\/li><li>After login, the system starts producing files.
