Management of the Sales Folder includes the set of pre-sale activities before the Sale is complete, including<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adding client details and managing communications.<\/li><li>Modifying and producing sales quotes.<\/li><li>Managing sites owned by the lead.<\/li><li>Producing documents for the client to sign.<\/li><li>Sending and tracking documents sent for electronic signature. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Navigating the Leads List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before we begin you need to have the <em>Sales &gt; Leads &gt; List<\/em> permission. For each Lead, the following information is available:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Name<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Name of the Lead.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Address<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Address of the Lead.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Development<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Community which the Lead attributes to.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Last Contacted<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Date of the last contact with the Lead.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Referred By<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Referral Source of the lead.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The list of visible Leads may look different depending on the permissions and view restrictions of Leads. By default, the system shows only Leads that the salesperson has access to. Users who do not have the Salesperson System Role, but who do have the <strong>Sales &gt; Leads &gt; List permission<\/strong> will see all leads. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the leads list you can perform the following <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">actions:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create new Leads from Customer Contacts.<\/li><li>Search for specific Leads.<\/li><li>Edit the existing Leads.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communicate with Leads by SMS and Email<\/span>.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managing Sales Folders for Leads<\/span>.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reassign the Lead to another Salesperson<\/span>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editing Leads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-26137a36-c9e6-44b8-882f-94cebd989536\"><li>On the list with Leads, locate the one you want to edit.<\/li><li>Hover over the Lead, until the action icons appear, click the <strong>Edit&nbsp;<\/strong>icon.<\/li><li>Make the appropriate modifications in the Lead.<\/li><li>When complete, click <strong>Proceed<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Leads section provides the functionality to manage Leads, communicate with them, track meetings, and manage Sales Folders.
