The Cost Centers report shows the list of Cost Centers with Suppliers and Sub-Contractors that attribute to a specific Cost Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Cost Centers<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:
    \n\n\n\n\n
    Show<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the option for including Suppliers and Sub-Contractors into the report:\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    • All Suppliers and Sub-Contractors<\/strong> \u2013 all Suppliers and Sub-Contractors attributed to Cost Centers will be included into the report.<\/li>\n
    • Preferred Supplier\/Sub-Contractor<\/strong> \u2013 only the preferred Suppliers and Sub-Contractors attributed to Cost Centers will be included into the report.<\/li>\n
    • None<\/strong> \u2013 only the list of Cost Centers without Suppliers and Sub-Contractors will be included into the report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show deleted<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to included the deleted Cost Centers<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

  4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:\"\"<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The report shows the following information about Cost Centers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Name<\/strong><\/td>Number and description of the Cost Center.<\/td><\/tr>
    Sub-Contractor \/ Supplier<\/strong><\/td>The list of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers that attribute to a specific Cost Center. The preferred Sub-Contractor or Suppliers is displayed first.
