The Job Bill of Materials report can show the list of Cost Centers (summary or detailed view) or the summary of all Take Off Parameters for a specific Job Estimate in the form of a Bill of Materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Job Bill of Materials<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:
    \n\n\n\n\n
    House Plan<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the Job which you want to generate the report for.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Style<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the style for generating the report, as follows:\n

     <\/p>\n

    \u25cf        Summary<\/strong> \u2013 summary report listing all Cost Centers used in the Job.<\/p>\n

    \u25cf        Detail<\/strong> \u2013 detailed report listing all Cost Centers with Items and Components per each Cost Center.<\/p>\n

    \u25cf        Take Off Parameters<\/strong> \u2013 report listing all Take Off Parameters with their measurements for the Job<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>

  4. For each report, additional criteria for report generation may be applied, as follows:

    SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    Show Zero Cost Centers<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include the non-used Cost Centers into the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \n

    DETAIL<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    All Cost Centers<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include all Cost Centers into the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Formula<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include the formula into the Item or Component description in the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Cutting List<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include the cutting list into the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Cost, UoM and Extension<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show cost, Units of Measure, and Extension per each Item and Component.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Memo<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include the memo into the Item or Component description in the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Parent Component<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show the parent Component for better record grouping.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    TAKE OFF PARAMETERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    Hide Zero Take Off Parameters<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to hide Take Off Parameters that are not used in the Job.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

  5. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For the Summary style, the report will look as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cost Center<\/strong><\/td>Number and name of the Cost Center.<\/td><\/tr>
    Cost<\/strong><\/td>Cost of the Cost Center in dollars. The zero cost Cost Centers can be excluded if the corresponding option was selected.<\/td><\/tr>
    Cost Percent<\/strong><\/td>Calculated percent of the Cost Center cost against the total cost of the Job Estimate.<\/td><\/tr>
    Cost per ft2<\/strong><\/td>Calculated cost per square feet\/meter of the House.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    For the Detail style, the report will look as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Item<\/strong><\/td>Description of the Item or Component which may include the following:\n

     <\/p>\n

    • Item or Component Code<\/li>\n
    • Item or Component Name<\/li>\n
    • Formula<\/li>\n
    • Cutting List (with multiple dimensions)<\/li>\n
    • Memo<\/li>\n
    • Parent Component<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr>
    Quantity<\/strong><\/td>Quantity of Items or Components in the Job Estimate.<\/td><\/tr>
    Cost UoM<\/strong><\/td>Cost of the Item or Component<\/td><\/tr>
    Extension<\/strong><\/td>Calculated extension of the Item or Component (Quantity multiplied by Unit of Measure). Additionally, total extension for the entire Cost Center is calculated.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    The report also calculates the total cost of the Job Estimate based on the sum of all Cost Centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For the Take Off Parameters style, the report will look as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
