The Job Order Summary report shows the list of selected Orders for a specific Job.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Select <\/span>Job Order Summary<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/span>
    Job<\/strong><\/td> Select the Job for generating the report.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Print What<\/strong><\/td> Select the option what orders to include into the report:

    • All<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
    • Not yet ordered<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
    • Ordered <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

    • When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The report shows the following information about Job Orders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cost Center<\/strong><\/td>Code and name of the Cost Center which the Job Order relates to.<\/td><\/tr>
      Order Supplier<\/strong><\/td>Order supplier including the code and name, as follows:
      • 0 \u2013 Individual<\/li>
      • \u00a01 – Business<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
      Send by<\/strong><\/td>The way the Job Order was sent to the Customer:\n

      • Email<\/li>\n
      • Printer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr>
      Amount<\/strong><\/td>Sum of Cost Center costs within the Job Order.<\/td><\/tr>
      Delivery<\/strong><\/td>Delivery date of the ordered Job.<\/td><\/tr>
      Ordered<\/strong><\/td>Date and person who ordered the Job.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
