Jobs are considered as due for handover when they have a Completed Date but no Handover Date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-dc7f0f36-32f6-42b2-9a23-f0d440db3a4f\"><li>Open the library with reports.<\/li><li>Select <strong>Handovers<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-toggle wp-block-hb-toggle\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__title\"><span>Criteria<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__contentwrap\"><p> <\/p><table> <tbody> <tr> <td><b>Select Jobs with Completed Date but no Handover Date<\/b><\/td> <td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the sorting option for showing the Change Order quotations by Date Created or Job Number.<\/span><\/td> <\/tr> <tr> <td><b>Exclude Finalized Jobs<\/b><\/td> <td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check the box to exclude Finalized Jobs from the report.<\/span><\/td> <\/tr> <tr> <td><b>Select Jobs with Handover Date From \u2026 To \u2026<\/b><\/td> <td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the time period for including Jobs which Handover Date falls within this period. <\/span><\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table> <figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"298\" height=\"220\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1742\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/handovers-options.png\" alt=\"\"><\/figure><p><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>   4. When complete, click <strong>Apply<\/strong>. This includes the following:\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Client name<\/li>\n<li>Site<\/li>\n<li>Address<\/li>\n<li>Contact phone numbers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Final Draw<\/strong><\/td><td>Date when the final Draw was made.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Completed<\/strong><\/td><td>Date when the Job was completed.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Handover<\/strong><\/td><td>Date when the Job was handed over to the Client.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Handovers report lists Job with the Handover Date that fall within the selected period or the ones that are considered due for handover.
