The Job Color Selection report generates the Job Color Selection and includes all the Change Orders that were added to the Job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Job Colour Selection<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    • Job<\/strong><\/td> Select the Job for generating the report.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Print what<\/strong><\/td> Select the corresponding option if you want to include or exclude hidden lines in the generated report:

      • Exclude hidden lines<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Include hidden lines <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

        4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report falls into two parts, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • header<\/li>
        • table with Items<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          The report shows the following information about the Job:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Report Information<\/span><\/div>
          Client<\/strong><\/td>Name and address of the Customer.<\/td><\/tr>
          Job<\/strong><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/td><\/tr>
          Site<\/strong><\/td>Site which the Job was created for.<\/td><\/tr>
          Plan<\/strong><\/td>Description of the Job Estimate.<\/td><\/tr>
          Supervisor<\/strong><\/td>Supervisor of the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
          Color Consultant<\/strong><\/td>Color Consultant who prepared the Job Color Selection.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          The report header shows the following information about the Job:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Report Header Information<\/span><\/div>
          Heading \/ Sub-Heading<\/strong><\/td>Heading (shown in bold) and Subheading of the Job Color Selection.<\/td><\/tr>
          Item<\/strong><\/td>Item from the Job Color Selection.<\/td><\/tr>
