The Monthly Sales \/ Deposits \/ Contracts \/ Slabs report shows Job Details for Jobs having any of the following dates: Sale Date, Deposit Date, Contract Date, or Slab Date. Jobs in the Not Proceeding state are sampled and displayed in a separate group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Client Merge Export<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    • Style<\/strong><\/td> Select the style (date type) to use for report generation from the following list:

       <\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

      • Sale Date<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Deposit Date<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Contract Date<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Slab \/ Initial Const Draw Date <\/td> <\/tr>
        Period<\/strong><\/td> Select the month or a period for report generation.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

        4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report shows the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Report Information<\/span><\/div>
        Job<\/b><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
        Site Address<\/b><\/td>Address of the Site where the Job will be performed.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
        Customer<\/b><\/td>Customer who the Job attributes to.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
        Salesperson<\/b><\/td>Salesperson who sold the Job.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
        Referred By<\/b><\/td>Type of the referral that brought the Customer.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
        House<\/b><\/td>Code of the House in the Job.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
        Contract Type<\/b><\/td>Type of the Contract which the Job uses, as follows:<\/span>\n

        Contract Amount<\/b><\/td>Contract amount in dollars.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
        Sale<\/b><\/td>Sale date of the Job.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
        Deposit<\/b><\/td>Deposit date of the Job.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
        Contract<\/b><\/td>Contract date of the Job.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
        Slab \/ Initial Const Draw<\/b><\/td>Slab \/ Initial Construction Draw date of the Job.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
