The Salesperson Budgets report shows the list of Leads or Sales for a specific Salesperson. Additionally, you can show graphs with the cumulative planned and actual Salesperson budgets broken down by Leads or Sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Running the Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Salesperson Budgets<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    • Salesperson<\/strong><\/td> Select the Salesperson who the report you want to generate the report for.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Period From \u2026 To \u2026<\/strong><\/td> Select the time period for report generation.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Budget Type<\/strong><\/td> Select the budget type which the report will be generated for, as follows:

       <\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

      • Leads<\/strong> \u2013 the report is generated for Leads.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Sales<\/strong> \u2013 the report is generated for Sales. <\/td> <\/tr>
        Show Graphs Only<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to shown only graphs in the report.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

        3. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The system generates the report on the Salespersons\u2019 Leads or Sales over the selected time period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Leads by Salesperson<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The report on Leads looks as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report shows Leads grouped by a Salesperson. The following information is showed in the report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Leads by Salesperson Information<\/span><\/div>
        Customer<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Customer that was added by the Salesperson.<\/td><\/tr>
        Added Date<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Customer was added by the Salesperson.<\/td><\/tr>
        Referred by Ident<\/strong><\/td>Referral type for the Customer.<\/td><\/tr>
        Details<\/strong><\/td>Description of the Referral.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Additionally, the line charts are generated that show the actual cumulative number of Leads added by the Salesperson over the selected time period compared against the planned values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The graphs are generated for all Salespersons and for each Salesperson in particular, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report on Sales looks as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Sales by Salesperson Information<\/span><\/div>
        Customer<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Customer who the Sale was completed for.<\/td><\/tr>
        Site Address<\/strong><\/td>Address of the Site which the Sale was completed for.<\/td><\/tr>
        Sales Folder Description<\/strong><\/td>Description of the Sales Folder.<\/td><\/tr>
        Date Completed<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Sale was completed.<\/td><\/tr>
        RFQ Quote #<\/strong><\/td>Number of the RFQ Quote.<\/td><\/tr>
        Price<\/strong><\/td>Sale price.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
