It samples the performance values for the selected month and for the prior 12 months. Additionally, the report provides conversion percentages for the last 12-month period for each Salesperson and for the Franchisee as a total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-f34d047b-e32d-4ed3-99d0-fac7060810fa\"><li>Open the library with reports.<\/li><li>Select <strong>Sales Management<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-toggle wp-block-hb-toggle\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__title\"><span><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__contentwrap\"><ul><li><table width=\"623\"> <tbody> <tr> <td width=\"217\"><strong>Ordered By<\/strong><\/td> <td width=\"406\">Select the option to order Leads by, as follows: <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><ul><li><table width=\"623\"><tbody><tr><td width=\"406\"><strong>Priority<\/strong> \u2013 Leads are ordered by the priority of the Sales Folder.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li><li><table width=\"623\"><tbody><tr><td width=\"406\"><strong>Count of Meetings<\/strong> \u2013 Leads are order by the count of meetings. <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table> <figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"298\" height=\"223\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1856\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/sales-management-options.png\" alt=\"\"><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>   3. It compares Sales values of the selected month against the performance values of the previous 12 months. The report calculates the conversion percentages for the Last 12 Months for each Salesperson and for the Franchise.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the navigational sidebar, select <\/span><b>Leads<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the top part of the screen, locate the <\/span><b>Report&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-294 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/builder-help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/report-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"20\">&nbsp;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">icon and click it.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the <b>Sales Management Report Filters<\/b> form, select the month which you want to view the Sales Management Report for.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-295\" src=\"https:\/\/builder-help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/sales-management-report-filters-form.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"501\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/sales-management-report-filters-form.png 450w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/sales-management-report-filters-form-269x300.png 269w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To include inactive Salespersons into the report, check the <\/span><b>Show Inactive Salespersons<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> box.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To show Leads or Contacts in the report, check the <\/span><b>Show Leads\/Contacts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> box.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Apply<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The Link to Sales Management Report file form opens with the link to report generation.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the link. You will transition to the Jasper Reports system.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To generate the report, click <\/span><b>Apply<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Calculate New Figures option will be enabled or disabled automatically depending on the selected month.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Sales Management report provides the analysis of events leading to the Sale.
