The Sales Profit Forecast (YTD) report provides a forecast of expected profit from Jobs being under construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Sales Profit Forecast (YTD)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    • For the Month of<\/strong><\/td> Select the month as of which the report will be generated. The system will generate the report starting from the beginning of the year and up to the selected month.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Default GP% until there Finalized Jobs<\/strong><\/td> Select the method for calculating the profit for Jobs, as follows:

       <\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

      • Default GP%<\/strong> – default Gross Profit percent is applied.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Calculated GP%<\/strong> – calculated Gross Profit is applied. <\/td> <\/tr>
        Job Selection<\/strong><\/td> Select the option what Jobs to include into the report:

         <\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li><\/ul>

        • Sales \/ DPP\u2019s<\/strong> – either DPP Job or Jobs being in the Sales phase.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
        • Contracts signed<\/strong> – Jobs with the signed contract date. <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

          3. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The report is generated, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n

          The report shows the following information about finalized Jobs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Report information<\/span><\/div>
          Month<\/strong><\/td>Name of the month that fall within the reporting period from the start of the financial year.<\/td><\/tr>
          Turnover<\/strong><\/td>Turnover amount per month.<\/td><\/tr>
          No<\/strong><\/td>The ordinal number of the month from the start of the financial year.<\/td><\/tr>
          Estimated Gross Profit<\/strong><\/td>Estimated Gross Profit per month.<\/td><\/tr>
          GP%<\/strong><\/td>Gross Profit percentage per month.<\/td><\/tr>
          Overheads<\/strong><\/td>Overheads amount per month.<\/td><\/tr>
          O\/H%<\/strong><\/td>Overheads percentage per month.<\/td><\/tr>
          Estimated Net Profit <\/strong><\/td>Estimated Net profit per month.<\/td><\/tr>
          NP%<\/strong><\/td>Net Profit percentage per month.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
