The Per Supervisor report lists tasks from the Construction Schedule for a specific Supervisor. Tasks can be ordered by start date or Job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Job Schedule Worksheet Summary<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for report generation, as follows:<\/li>
  4. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    Supervisor<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the Supervisor from the list.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    From \u2026 to \u2026<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the time range for including construction tasks into the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    View<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the view of the report, as follows:\n

    • By Date<\/strong> \u2013 tasks will be grouped by date.<\/li>\n
    • By Job<\/strong> \u2013 tasks will be grouped by Job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Worksheet format<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show the report in the worksheet format.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Client Name on Worksheet <\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show the Client name on the worksheet.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The report (ordered by date) is generated, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Start Date<\/strong><\/td>Start date of the task. Tasks that start on this date will be grouped under the current date.<\/td><\/tr>
    Task<\/strong><\/td>Description of the task.<\/td><\/tr>
    Supplier \/ Sub-contractor<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Supplier \/ Sub-contractor who fulfils the Task.<\/td><\/tr>
    Phone #<\/strong><\/td>Phone number of the Client. (The column is shown in the worksheet format only).<\/td><\/tr>
    Notes<\/strong><\/td>Notes for the task. (The column is shown in the worksheet format only).<\/td><\/tr>
    Confirmed with<\/strong><\/td>Person who the task is confirmed with. (The column is shown in the worksheet format only).<\/td><\/tr>
    On Date<\/strong><\/td>Date which the task was confirmed on. (The column is shown in the worksheet format only).<\/td><\/tr>
    For Date<\/strong><\/td>Date which the task was confirmed for. (The column is shown in the worksheet format only).<\/td><\/tr>
    Job #<\/strong><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/td><\/tr>
    Client<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Client. (The column is not shown in the worksheet format).<\/td><\/tr>
    Site Address<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Site where the construction task is performed.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
