The Vendor report lists tasks from the Construction Schedule. Tasks are grouped by Vendor (Supplier\/Sub-contractor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Vendor report<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for report generation, as follows:

    Vendor<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect one or multiple Vendors that you want to generate the report on.\n

    • To select all Vendors, click Select All<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • To deselect all the selected Vendors, click Deselect All<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • To invert the current selection, click Invert<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    Task<\/strong><\/td>Description of the task.<\/td><\/tr>
    Supplier \/ Sub-contractor<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Supplier \/ Sub-contractor who fulfills the Task.<\/td><\/tr>
    Start Date<\/strong><\/td>Start date of the Task.<\/td><\/tr>
    End Date<\/strong><\/td>End date of the Task.<\/td><\/tr>
    Job #<\/strong><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/td><\/tr>
    Client<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Client. (The column is not shown in the worksheet format).<\/td><\/tr>
    Site Address<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Site where the construction task is performed.<\/td><\/tr>
    Notes<\/strong><\/td>Notes for the task. (The column is shown in the worksheet format only).<\/td><\/tr>
    Confirmed with<\/strong><\/td>Person who the task is confirmed with. (The column is shown in the worksheet format only).<\/td><\/tr>
    On Date<\/strong><\/td>Date which the task was confirmed on. (The column is shown in the worksheet format only).<\/td><\/tr>
    For Date<\/strong><\/td>Date which the task was confirmed for. (The column is shown in the worksheet format only).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
