Select type<\/strong><\/td> Select the schedule type which the report will be generated for: <\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>
Sales – shows the Sales Folder status.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li> Pre-Construction – shows the status of Pre-construction Schedule.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li> Warranty – shows the status of Warranty Schedule. The further options will depend on the selected option value.<\/p> <\/td> <\/tr>
SALES<\/strong><\/td> <\/tr> Salesperson<\/strong><\/td> Select the Salesperson whose Sales Folders should be used for report generation.<\/td> <\/tr> Include \u2018Will not complete\u2019 Sales Folders<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to include the Sales Folders being in the Will not complete state.<\/td> <\/tr> Include \u2018Completed\u2019 Sales Folders<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to include the Sales Folders being in the Completed state.<\/td> <\/tr> Include Sales Folders with DPP Jobs<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to include the Sales Folder with DPP Jobs.<\/td> <\/tr> PRE-CONSTRUCTION<\/strong><\/td> <\/tr> Job Admin<\/strong><\/td> Select the Job Administrator whose Jobs should be used for report generation. <\/p>
Available when the Pre-Construction option is selected.<\/p> <\/td> <\/tr>
Include Jobs with Authority to Commence date<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to include Jobs with the Authority to commence date.<\/td> <\/tr> WARRANTY<\/strong><\/td> <\/tr> Supervisor<\/strong><\/td> Select the Job Administrator whose Jobs should be used for report generation. <\/p>
Available when the Warranty option is selected.<\/p> <\/td> <\/tr>
Select Jobs<\/strong><\/td> Select the Jobs you want to include into the report. <\/p>
To select all Jobs, click Select All<\/strong>.<\/p>
To clear selection, click Deselect All<\/strong>.<\/p>
To invert the selection of Jobs, click Invert<\/strong>.<\/p> <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The look of the generated report will differ depending on the selected type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sales Schedules <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The report on Sales schedules will look, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Report Information<\/span><\/div>Job<\/b><\/td> Job number including the Office number as prefix, and the name of the Customer.<\/span><\/td><\/tr> Job Supervisor<\/b><\/td> Name of the Job Supervisor who tracks completion of the Job.<\/span><\/td><\/tr> Schedule Progress<\/b><\/td> The progress on the Pre-Construction \/ Warranty Schedule is indicated with the progress bars for Base Dates and Actual Dates. These progress bars come from the Schedule Start and ends at Schedule End. The current completion percentage is shown in the progress bars.
