Once you have a Signed Quote and Authority to Proceed, you need to complete a sale in the system.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only Quotes that have been approved will be able to be turned into a Job.<\/strong><\/mark><\/span><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
  1. Open the Lead whose Sale you want to complete.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Select the Sale Folder which contains a site where the construction will be performed.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Click <\/span>Complete a Sale<\/b>. The Complete a Sale form opens.<\/span>\"\"<\/li>
  4. In the <\/span>Complete a Sale<\/b> form, check the quote that will be used for completing a sale.<\/span>\"\"<\/li>
  5. Click <\/span>Next<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  6. In the Consultant Check List, check the completed tasks.<\/span><\/li>
  7. Once you have checked all the points in the checklist, click <\/span>Next<\/b>.<\/span>\"\"<\/li>
  8. On the last step, specify the following description:

    House Plan Description<\/b><\/td>\nUpdate the House Plan description if needed.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Base Design<\/b><\/td>\nSelect the base design of the house.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Job Memo<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the optional Job memo if needed.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

  9. When complete, click Process<\/b>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
