The status can be the following:<ul><li>Sent for signing<\/li><li>Signed<\/li><li>Cancelled<\/li><li>Expired<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viewing the Signing Status of Documents<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the list with documents for signing, locate the one which the signing status you want to view.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the document until the action icon appears.<\/span><\/li><li>Click the <b>Details<\/b>&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" class=\"size-full wp-image-258 alignnone\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/memo-icon.png\" alt=\"\">&nbsp;icon.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"605\" height=\"527\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-278\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/send-documents-status-form.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/send-documents-status-form.png 605w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/send-documents-status-form-300x261.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the <\/span><b>Sent Document\u2019s Status<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> form, you can view the following information:<\/span><ul><li><strong>Owner 1, 2, 3:<\/strong> Names of owners who need to sign the document.<\/li><li><strong>Email for Owner 1, 2, 3:<\/strong> Emails of owners which the request for signing the document was sent to.<\/li><li><strong>Document Type: <\/strong>Type of the document for signing.<\/li><li><strong>Office:<\/strong> The signing status of the document by the Office representative.<\/li><li><strong>Owner 1, 2, 3: <\/strong>The signing status of the document by the owners. <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the bottom part of the form, you can find the link to the document for signing.
