The system will require a bit of time to establish the connection between the Corporate Portal and the BI Reports system. Upon the successful connection, the status will change to Active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"377\" height=\"263\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/corporate-analytical-reporting-ondemand-form-active.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2885\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/corporate-analytical-reporting-ondemand-form-active.png 377w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/corporate-analytical-reporting-ondemand-form-active-300x209.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 377px) 100vw, 377px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To open BI Reports, click <strong>GoTo Jasper Commercial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To disable connection to BI Reports system:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the toolbar, click the <strong>Go to <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2589 alignnone\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/go-to-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\"><\/strong>&nbsp;icon.<\/li><li>Select <strong>BI Reports<\/strong>.<\/li><li>In the <strong>Analytics Reporting on Demand<\/strong> form, move the toggle left.<\/li><li>Confirm the disabling of the connection to the BI Reports system.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The system will require a bit of time to deactivate the connection between the Corporate Portal and the BI Reports system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">This will automatically disconnect all users of the current Corporate Portal and Master Offices from the BI Reports system.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you select BI Reports, you may encounter a situation when the connection with BI Reports is not activated.
