The Dashboard page opens, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dashboard page accommodates the following widgets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Build Times by Floor Area by Master Area<\/li><li>Gross Profit % and Net Profit % by Master Area<\/li><li>Job Times Comparison by Master Area<\/li><li>Monthly Sales Pipeline<\/li><li>Number of Salespeople<\/li><li>Sales &amp; Slabs Performance (Compared to Last Year)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Build Times by Floor Area by Master Area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the Build Times by Floor Area by Master Area widget to compare the average construction time against the average pre-construction per each Master Area. Additionally, you can view the average values for the Corporate zone. The dashed lines show the average build time and pre-construction time for the entire Corporate zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For calculation of the build time, the widget selects Jobs that meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Job has a Construction schedule.<\/li><li>Construction schedule is not a virtual schedule.<\/li><li>Handover date or Contractual date is specified.<\/li><li>The Handover or Contractual date should fall within the 12-month period as of the current date.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The build time is calculated as a time period between the start date of the construction schedule and the Handover or Contractual date (the earliest date is chosen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For calculation of the pre-construction time, the widget selects Jobs that meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Job has a Sale date and a Commence date.<\/li><li>The Commence date falls within the 12-month period as of the current date.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The pre-construction time is calculated as a time period between the sale date and the commence date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monthly Sales Pipeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the Monthly Sales Pipeline widget to find out the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>correlation of actual Sales against the Budget Sales<\/li><li>correlation of actual Leads against the Budget Leads<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Using this widget you can estimate the performance of your <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salespersons<\/span> and see how efficient their achievements are against the planned objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"540\" height=\"387\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/corporate-monthly-sales-pipeline.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2898\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/corporate-monthly-sales-pipeline.png 540w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/corporate-monthly-sales-pipeline-300x215.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The widget shows information for the last 12 months as of the current month. The widget shows aggregated data from all Franchise Offices aggregated against Master Zones within the current Corporate Zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The widget displays the line chart with the following correlations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sales against Sales Budgets<\/li><li>Leads against Leads Budgets<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The widget excludes all the Leads with empty Sales Folders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can hover over the points on the line charts to see the distribution of Sales, Leads, Sales Budgets, and Leads Budgets by Offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Totals block shows the sum of the following values:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-toggle wp-block-hb-toggle\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__title\"><span>Totals Block<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__contentwrap\"><figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Sales<\/strong><\/td><td>Count of Job sales over the 12-month period as of the current date. All the empty Sales Folders are excluded during calculation.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Leads<\/strong><\/td><td>Count of meetings over the 12-month period as of the current date. The widget shows the stacked column aggregating values from multiple Master Zones within the Corporate Zone.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The widget includes only Jobs which Slab date falls within the reporting period.<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sales Budgets line shows the Sales Budgets figures per each month within the 12-month period. The widget shows the count of Sales Budgets figures from all Master Zones within the Corporate Zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can hover over a specific column to view figures per each Master Zone within the Corporate Zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gross Profit % and Net Profit % by Master Area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the Gross Profit % and Net Profit % by Master Area widget to find out the ratio of gross profit and net profit by each Master Zone within the Corporate Zone.
