You can manage default markup and rounding parameters in the Price Book. These will be used when a new House plan or Item\/Component is added into the Price Book<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. In the Price Book, on the tabbed menu, select <\/span>Price Book<\/b>.<\/span>\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Configure the House Plan defaults, as follows:<\/span>
    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    Overhead, %<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the overhead percent that is applied to the Price Book.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Price Round Up, $<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the round up value for prices in the Price Book.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Contingency, %<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the contingency percent that is applied to the Price Book.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Profit, %<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the profit percent that is applied to the Price Book.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Total, %<\/b><\/td>\nThe total percent is calculated automatically as a sum of all the House Plan Defaults parameters.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
  3. Configure the Items & Components defaults, as follows:<\/span>

    Item Markup, %<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the Item markup percent that is applied to Items in the Price Book.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Item Round Up, $<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the round up value for prices of Items in the Price Book.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Comp. Markup, %<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the Component markup percent that is applied to Components in the Price Book.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Comp. Round Up, $<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the round up value for prices of Components in the Price Book.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Delete, %<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the percent of the original price of Items or Components for reducing in the RFQ when they are deleted from a RFQ.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
  4. Configure the Quick Quote default parameters, as follows:<\/span>

    Allowed<\/b><\/td>\nIf checked, when Plans are added they will be allowed to be used in Quick Quotes by Default.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Markup, %<\/b><\/td>\nEnter the markup percent to apply to Quick Quotes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
