The Cost Center they are added under in the Pricebook, will be the Cost Center they are added to in the Job Estimate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can perform the following operations on Cost Centers:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">add Cost Centers into the Price Book<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">remove Cost Centers from the Price Book<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can perform the following operations on Items and Components:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">add Items or Components into the Price Book<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">remove Items or Components from the Price Book<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Adding a Cost Center<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open the Price Book<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the tabbed menu, select <\/span><b>Items &amp; Components<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Locate the Cost Centers block.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Above the list with Cost Centers, locate the <b>Add\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-247 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/builder-help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/quote-add-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"14\" \/><\/b> <span> icon and click it.<\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-374\" src=\"https:\/\/builder-help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/find-cost-centers-form-in-pb.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/find-cost-centers-form-in-pb.png 800w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/find-cost-centers-form-in-pb-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/find-cost-centers-form-in-pb-768x576.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the <\/span><b>Find Cost Centers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> form, select the Cost Centers you want to add into the Price Book. You can look up for specific Cost Centers by their number or description.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Add Selected<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When complete, click <\/span><b>Process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You cannot select already added Cost Centers. Such entries are shown as disabled in the Find Cost Centers form.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Removing a Cost Center<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the list with Cost Centers, locate the one you want to remove.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the Cost Center until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the <\/span><b>Remove\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-255 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/builder-help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/remove-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"10\" \/><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> icon.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirm the removal of the Cost Center from the Price Book.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You cannot remove Cost Centers that contain Items or Components.
