An empty House Plan is indicated with 0\/0 in the GTO column.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the row with the House Plan you want to open. The House Plan Estimate form opens.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the <\/span><b>House Plan Estimate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> form, select <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copy Cost Centers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>OK<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The further process of managing House Plan Estimates is similar to <\/span><b>Creating House Plan Estimates from Scratch<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Creating House Plan Estimates by Cloning from Job<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can clone House Plan Estimates from the existing House Plan and further adjust them to your needs and your project.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the list with House Plans, locate the empty House Plan which Estimates you want to define. An empty House Plan is indicated with 0\/0 in the GTO column.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click within the cell in the GTO column. See the <\/span><b>Creating House Plan Estimates from Scratch<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> section for the details on configuring the House Plan Estimate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Editing the House Plan Estimates<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the list with House Plans, locate the House Plan Estimates you want to edit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click within the cell in the GTO column. The page for managing Cost Centers, Components, and Take-off Parameters opens.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make the appropriate modifications in Cost Centers, Items, Components, and Take Off Parameters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When complete, click <\/span><b>Process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Managing Cost Centers<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can manage Cost Centers in House Plan Estimates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can perform the following operations on them:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">add Cost Centers into the House Plan<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">remove Cost Center from the House Plan<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To add a Cost Center:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Locate the Cost Centers block.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the top right part of the Cost Centers block, locate the <\/span><b>Add&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-331 alignnone\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/add-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"12\">&nbsp;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">icon and click it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the <\/span><b>Find Cost Centers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> form, browse through the list and select the Cost Center you want to add. Alternatively, you can look up for a specific Cost Center by its code or description. The Cost Center will appear on the list with other Cost Centers<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When complete, click <\/span><b>Process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>To remove the Cost Center:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the Cost Centers block, locate the Cost Center you want to remove.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the Cost Center until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the <\/span><b>Remove<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> icon.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When complete, click <\/span><b>Process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Note<\/b><\/p>\n<pre><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can only remove Cost Centers that do not have any Items assigned to them.<\/span><\/pre>\n<p><b>To view order details:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can view order details for a specific Cost Center.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: Items within a specific Cost Center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the Cost Centers list, select the Cost Center you wish to view Components or Items in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img It shows the sales tax amount applied to Items within the selected Cost Center.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Adding an Item or Component<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the Cost Centers block, select the Cost Center which you want to add an Item or Component into. You can add new Components only in the default Cost Center numbered as \u2018000\u2019 and named as \u2018Components\u2019. When you remove a Component from the House Plan Estimates, the system will automatically remove all the associated Items. You cannot add a formula for to an Item that has a Cutting List or if that Item comes from a Component.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By default, you can construct a formula while working with Items and Components. You also have an opportunity to override the base formula with a custom one while estimating the House Plan. This will not affect the base formula.
