This parameter is not available for Construction, Sales, and Warranty Schedule Templates.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can perform the following operations on Schedule Templates:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">create new Schedule Templates<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">edit the existing Schedule Templates<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">delete the no longer needed Schedule Template<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">undelete the deleted Schedule Templates<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">viewing usage of Schedule Templates<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The system has two approaches for managing Schedule Templates, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Management of Construction Schedule Templates is based on Tasks (Cost Centers).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Management of Sales, Pre-Construction and Warranty Schedule Templates is based on generic Tasks.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, the way of managing Tasks is relatively the same, in the next chapters you can find the way of managing the Construction Schedule Template.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Management of Sales, Pre-Construction and Warranty Schedule Templates is quite similar to management of the Construction Schedule Templates. But instead of using Tasks (based on Cost Centers), these Schedule Templates use generic tasks.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Creating a New Schedule Template<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the <\/span><b>Schedule Templates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> page, locate the <\/span><b>Create <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-204 alignnone\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/create-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"15\" height=\"20\"><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> icon and click it.<\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1030\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/create-new-schedule-template-form.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"444\" height=\"306\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/create-new-schedule-template-form.png 444w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/create-new-schedule-template-form-300x207.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 444px) 100vw, 444px\" \/><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the <\/span><b>Create New Schedule Template<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> form, select the way for creating a new Schedule Template:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Create from Scratch<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 a Schedule Template with default tasks from the Construction Critical Path is created.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Clone from Template<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 copy tasks from the existing Schedule Template into a new one. Select the Template you want to re-use.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>OK<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. of the Task in the Schedule Template.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Task Name<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Name of the Task (Cost Center) or Critical Path Stage.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Resource<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The preferred Supplier for the Task.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Type<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Type of the Task:<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>CP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> stands for Critical Path stage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>CCO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> stands for Cost Center task.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Pred.<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Predecessor of the Task.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Dur.<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time required for completion of the 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the list with Schedule Templates, locate the one you want to edit.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the Schedule Template until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the <\/span><b>Edit<\/b>&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-188 alignnone\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/edit-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\">&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Deleting a Schedule Template<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the list with Schedule Templates, locate the one you want to delete.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the Schedule Template until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the <\/span><b>Delete&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-558 alignnone\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/undelete-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"12\" height=\"16\"><\/b>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">icon.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirm the removal of the Schedule Template.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Undeleting a Schedule Template<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Above the list with Schedule Templates, locate the <\/span><b>Show deleted<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> toggle.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To show deleted Schedule Templates, move the toggle right.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the list locate the deleted Schedule Template you want to undelete.
