The Overbudget Invoices Report lists all cost centers for a job where the actual costs have exceeded the budget allowance in the Job Estimate<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Run the report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Click the Go To icon > Reports<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Click Accounting > Over Budget Invoices<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Enter the dates to run the report for<\/li>
  4. Select * include DRAFT and SUBMITTED invoices<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
  5. Click Apply<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Name<\/td>Name of the vendor<\/td><\/tr>
    Job<\/td>Job number<\/td><\/tr>
    CC<\/td>Cost center number<\/td><\/tr>
    Entry Date<\/td>Date the invoice was entered into Xero<\/td><\/tr>
    Acct Date<\/td>Date the invoice was paid<\/td><\/tr>
    Invoiced to Date<\/td>The sum of all invoices with a matching Job and Cost Center number before the Entry Date<\/td><\/tr>
    Budget<\/td>The amount budgeted for the Job and Cost Center number in the Job Estimate<\/td><\/tr>
    Variance<\/td>The value from Budget – Invoiced to Date<\/td><\/tr>
