400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the tabbed menu, select <\/span><b>Jobs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Color Selection<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compliance, Minor Works<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Job Schedule<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use Letterhead<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Variations<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Job Warranty Setup<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Find Jobs<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalizing Jobs<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Color Selection group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Memo<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the memo that will be shown, by default, for Color Selection Masters.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>When New Item is Created for Job Color Selection<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the actions which should be performed when a new Item is created for the Job Color Selection:<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Clone Cost Centers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 the system will automatically clone the Cost Centers for other Items in that Color Selections Sub-Heading.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Cost Centers Required<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 the system will require at least one Cost Center to be linked for each Item that is created.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Job Schedule group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Delay Days<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the number of days which the Job can be delayed for.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Contract Start is Based on<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the option for determining the contract start date:<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Schedule Start<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 contract start date is determined on the basis of the schedule start.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Nominated Tasks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 contract start date is determined on the basis of the nominated tasks (starting from the first one).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Contract Construction Period Includes<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the option for determining the contract construction period:<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>All Days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 the contract construction period includes all days including non-working days.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Working Days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 the contract construction period includes only working days.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Use Letterhead group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Use Letterhead in Generated Documents<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check the box to display the letterhead in generated documents.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Change Orders group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Paragraph<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the paragraph to show in Change Orders.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Time Extension, days<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the default number of days to use when creating a Change Order<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Job Warranty Setup group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Supplier Footing<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the text of the supplier footing on the Report<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Customer Footing<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the text of the customer footing on the Report.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Allow DPP jobs<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check the box to allow execution of DPP jobs in the system.<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To modify this option, click <\/span><b>Modify<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In the <\/span><b>Authorization Required<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> form, enter the authorization number and click <\/span><b>Apply<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Find Jobs group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Show Finalized Jobs by Default<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check the box to show the finalized jobs by default on the list of jobs.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Change Orders group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Paragraph<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the paragraph to show in Changer Orders.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Time Extension, days<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the number of days which changes in the order can last for.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Finalizing Jobs group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Auto Finalize Job \u2026 Months After Final Draw<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the number of months after the final draw when the Job is automatically finalized by the system.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>For DPP Wait \u2026 Months then make Not Proceeding<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the number of months to wait for completion of DPP jobs before marking them as &nbsp;\u2018Not Proceeding\u2019.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To Unlock Slab Date Criteria, click <\/span><b>Modify<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In the <\/span><b>Authorization Required<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> form, enter the authorization number and click <\/span><b>Apply<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Define criteria for setting the slab date from the earliest occurred criterion, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Use Council Permit Date<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check the box to use the council permit date as a slab date.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>First Completion Date of the Following CC\u2019s<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select up to four Cost Centers.
