Each office landing page contains a Meet the Team<\/em> section, which displays contact information for staff members in their respective offices. Click on the Contact<\/strong> button to display their phone number and email address. Staff member details come from Phone 1field in their Employee Details<\/a> and their email address comes from their User Settings<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Display staff on the website<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Displaying users on the website is optional, but only active users in G.J. Software can be listed on the website. This can be configured in each staff member’s user settings<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Setup > Manager<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Click the Users<\/strong> tab<\/li>
  3. Select a user to display on the website<\/li>
  4. Tick the <\/strong><\/em>List on Website<\/strong> checkbox<\/li>
  5. Process <\/strong>to save changes<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Configuring staff details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Changing the name and phone number for staff displayed on the website is managed in the employee contact details<\/a>. The email is managed in their user settings<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Changes to the website may take 10 minutes to take effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Name<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The name displayed on the website is mapped to the employee contact record’s Addressee <\/em>field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the navigational menu select Contacts<\/strong><\/li>
    2. Search for and select the employee contact<\/li>
    3. Modify the First and Last Name fields or edit the Addressee field<\/li>
    4. Process <\/strong>to save changes<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Phone number<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The phone number displayed on the website is mapped to the employee contact record’s Phone 1 <\/em>field. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. In the navigational menu select Contacts<\/strong><\/li>
      2. Search for and select the employee contact<\/li>
      3. Modify the Phone 1<\/em> field<\/li>
      4. Process <\/strong>to save changes<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Note:<\/strong> It is recommended to use the contact’s mobile number, however, you may use the office phone number. Phone 1<\/em> is used in other places in the system including milestone events<\/em> and other placeholders in letter templates such as $SalesPersonPhone<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Australian<\/strong> phone numbers should contain only spaces and no special characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Not acceptable:<\/strong> +610746385424 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        United States<\/strong> phone numbers should contain only dashed and no spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Not acceptable:<\/strong> (555) 555.5555 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Email address<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The email address displayed on the website is mapped to the employee’s user settings under Setup > Manager<\/strong>. Only the Franchisor can modify this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Offices cannot change which email address is displayed on the website. This setting is applied globally to show firstname.lastname@gjgardner.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Job position<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The job title displayed on the website is mapped to the employee’s user settings under Setup > Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Navigate to <\/span>Setup > Manager<\/strong><\/li>
        2. Click the <\/span>Users<\/strong> tab<\/span><\/li>
        3. Select a user to display on the website<\/span><\/li>
        4. Select the option from the Position<\/strong> dropdown that best matches their job description<\/span><\/li>
        5. Process <\/strong>to save changes<\/span> <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Profile photo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The profile photo is set up under each person’s User Profile<\/a> settings. See Profile photo standards and requirements<\/a><\/strong> for more information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. On the toolbar, click your name.<\/li>
          2. In the opened drop-down list, select User Signature<\/strong>.<\/li>
          3. In the User Signature<\/strong> form, click the Browse file<\/strong> icon. You can also drag and drop the image onto the form.<\/li>
          4. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            The image must be at least 200px by 200px and less than 5Mb in size. Only .JPEG, .JPG, or .PNG files are allowed.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

            You can reset the current user signature by clicking the Delete icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Profile pictures previously uploaded to the Intranet will still be displayed on the website until a new image is uploaded. If no picture has been uploaded, a placeholder image will be used.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
