You can create Areas that will unite several Master Zones from your Corporate Zone. Additionally, you can create Master Cost Centers that will unite different Cost Centers from these Franchise Offices of the selected Master Zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the navigational sidebar, select <strong>Setup<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Once the menu expands, select <strong>Reports Settings<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Select the <strong>Regional Office House Cost<\/strong> tab. Once you have united Offices around a specific Area, the system will use this area to calculate figures for the Regional Office House Cost report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the Regional Office House Cost page.<\/li><li>Select the <strong>Areas<\/strong> tab.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>On the opened page, you can see the list with Areas and the list with Offices within the selected Area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can perform the following operations on Areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>add new Areas<\/li><li>edit the existing Areas<\/li><li>delete the no longer needed Areas<\/li><li>manage Offices within a specific Area<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To add a new Area:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Above the list with areas, click the <strong>Create<\/strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/add-task-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"20\">&nbsp;icon.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/master-create-new-area-form.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"319\" height=\"364\"><\/li><li>In the <strong>Area Name<\/strong> form, specify the following information:<br><strong>Name<\/strong> Name of the Area. <strong>Description<\/strong> Description of the Area.<\/li><li>When complete, click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li><li>To save the newly added Area, click <strong>Process<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To edit the Area:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the list with Areas, locate the Area you want to edit.<\/li><li>Hover over the Area until the action icons appear.<\/li><li>Click the <strong>Edit<\/strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/edit-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\">&nbsp;icon.<\/li><li>In the Area Name form, make the appropriate modifications.<\/li><li>When complete, click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li><li>To save the edited Area, click <strong>Process<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To delete the Area:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the list with Areas, locate the Area you want to delete.<\/li><li>Hover over the Area until the action icons appear.<\/li><li>Click the <strong>Delete<\/strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/delete-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"12\" height=\"16\">&nbsp;icon.<\/li><li>Confirm the removal of the Area.<\/li><li>To save modifications, click <strong>Process<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To manage Offices within the Area:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every Office has a House Plan which is used mostly for House Plan estimation. Within each Area, you can add Offices and select a specific House Plan which is primarily used for estimation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the Area which you want to add an Office into.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/master-roc-areas-select-offices.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1348\" height=\"445\"><\/li><li>Above the list with Offices, click the <strong>Add<\/strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/quote-add-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"14\">&nbsp;icon.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/master-find-offices-form.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"798\" height=\"597\"><\/li><li>In the <strong>Find Offices<\/strong> form, select the Offices which you want to attribute to the current Area.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Add Selected<\/strong>.
