Only when a Job Letter is marked as available in this list it will appear for producing in Job Details.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To manage availability of Job Letters, on the navigational sidebar, select <\/span><b>Setup<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the Setup section expands, select <\/span><b>Job Admin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the tabbed menu, select <b>Job Letters<\/b>.
