To publish reconciliation reports in Xero, follow the below steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the 3 dot menu icon (As highlighted below) on the account that you want to publish .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \"\"\/<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Then select Reconciliation Report <\/strong>in the menu that appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \"\"\/<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Once you have checked that everything is correct on the report, scroll to the bottom and click Publish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \"\"\/<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. In the Title<\/strong> field, add the account name and the date of the reconciliation (rather than the date the report was run). Ie Account xxxx1234 as at 30 June 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          1. Then click Publish<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Reports that have been published can be found in the Accounting<\/strong> menu, under the Reports>Published<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
