When a Meeting is scheduled a Google Calendar invitation is sent to the recipient. Meetings can be scheduled from the <em>Communications<\/em> tab of a Sales Folder, Job, or Contact. This will be visible to the meeting recipient as a subject of the calendar invite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjust the<strong> Start Date<\/strong> and <strong>End Date<\/strong> as needed and if required add the <strong>Start\/End Time<\/strong> for the meeting duration. The times selected will be added to the email notification sent to all meeting guests.<br><strong>Note:<\/strong> A calendar invitation will not be sent for meetings scheduled before the current time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Activity Type <\/strong>field select<strong> Meeting.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Add Guests <\/strong>field select all people who should receive a calendar invite. This will be visible in the calendar invitation and is limited to 1,000 characters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter any private details that you do not want seen by the recipients into the <strong>Notes<\/strong> field. These details are only visible in G.J. Software and is limited to 1,000 characters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Assignee<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.
