Software. However, you do have the ability to send individual SMS and set up milestone events. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who\u2019s impacted&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All franchise staff with edit access to Sales Folders, Jobs, or Contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why it matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously SMS messages could only be sent from G.J. Software, but replies were not received. Adding this functionality allows users to converse entirely with contacts via text message and have that conversation recorded in the communications log. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional details&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this change, we made several changes to our SMS platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Opt Out:<\/strong> If a contact replies with OPT OUT, STOP, or UNSUBSCRIBE they will no longer receive SMS messages<\/li><li><strong>Unsubscribe Notices:<\/strong> If a user tries to send an SMS to a contact who previously opted out they an error appears saying that the recipient has opted out from receiving SMS. <\/li><li><strong>Twilio Integration<\/strong>: Twilio has already been set up and integrated for your office. No action or configuration is necessary.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Masters:<\/strong> There is no master-level setting for this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Franchises:<\/strong>  <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">This has already been set up and integrated for each office.
