{"id":7797,"date":"2021-11-02T21:01:47","date_gmt":"2021-11-02T21:01:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/3.26.62.22\/?p=7797"},"modified":"2021-11-02T21:01:47","modified_gmt":"2021-11-02T21:01:47","slug":"reassigning-leads-assigned-to-inactive-salespeople-to-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/nz\/2021\/11\/02\/reassigning-leads-assigned-to-inactive-salespeople-to-office\/","title":{"rendered":"Reassigning leads assigned to inactive salespeople to office"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"whats-changing\">What\u2019s changing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re reassigning all Active Sales Folders that are currently assigned to an Inactive Salesperson to the first franchisee for each office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this update:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If a Lead has any Sales Folder with Status <em>Active<\/em> it will be reassigned the First Franchisee.<\/li><li>Af all Sales Folders have status <em>Will Not Complete<\/em> or <em>Completed<\/em>, no change will occur.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"whos-impacted\">Who\u2019s impacted&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All offices in all regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"why-its-important\">Why it\u2019s important&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re introducing functionality to prompt users to reassign leads to another user when a salesperson is made inactive.
