Software or automatically via milestone events, they used a third-party messaging service, Twilio. If customers attempted to call the same number, they would receive a message indicating that the call could not be completed and would be advised to call our office phone number separately. With this change, any calls made to the Twilio number will now be automatically redirected to our office phone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> This change applies exclusively to users in the United States and Australia. Due to New Zealand telecom regulations, a 6-digit shortcode is required for SMS in New Zealand, and calls to that number cannot be redirected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who\u2019s impacted&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This change impacts all G.J.
