Change Orders cannot be reversed if they have already been invoiced
What’s changing
Change orders can no longer be reversed they have already been drawn. To reverse the change order you must first void the invoice in Xero.
Who’s impacted
All users with Edit access to change orders.
Additional details
Previously reversals did not remove the change order draws from the system. This resulted in Xero showing the correct amount, but GJ5 would show a negative amount in change orders yet to be claimed.
Now, change orders cannot be reversed through GJ5 if they have already been drawn and users will be displayed a warning when they attempt to reverse it. To reverse the change order you must first void the invoice in Xero.
Getting started
This feature is enabled by default and there is no end user setting for this feature.
