End of Month (EoM) reporting date changed to the 14th
What’s changing
EoM reports were previously automatically emailed to designated Master and Corporate staff on the 7th of each month. Beginning in August they will now be automatically delivered on the 14th of the month.
- Sales and Slab reporting dates still get recorded on the 7th of the month.
- Users with the EoM Reporting office permissions can still run the report at any time.
- Master and Corporate users added to the email distribution list under Setup > Email Recipients > EoM Reports.

All Franchisees, Master, and Corporate users.
Why it matters
We received a lot of feedback that the financials presented on EoM reports were generally inaccurate or wrong due to the previous financial period not being completely closed by the 7th. By delaying the delivery of these reports by one week we aim to provide more actionable insight into the financial performance of franchises to leadership teams.
Getting started
Masters: Only users added to Setup > Email Recipients > EoM Reports will receive these.
Franchises: There is no end-user setting for this feature.
Rollout pace
The change will begin on the 14th of August, 2021.
Roadmap
We plan on adding the ability to subscribe to email notifications for EoM Reports for offices users in a future release.
