Tax Invoices for Australian Franchises
Quick launch summary
Beginning on April 30, 2021 tax invoices will be automatically sent to all Australian franchises. The invoice will include the amount billed to access and use the G.J. Software and related services including GST.
- Access to the G.J. Software will continue to be paid automatically through your PayPal subscription. No additional payment is being requested.
- Tax invoices will be sent from GJ Gardner Homes Software Pty Ltd on the last day of each month.
- Emails will be sent from billing@gjgardner.com.au to the Franchisee Google Group for each office (e.g. bendigo_franchisees@gjgardner.com.au).

Additional details
Under Australian law when a taxable sale of more than $82.50 (including GST) is made, GST-registered customers need a tax invoice to claim a credit for the GST in the purchase price. If a customer requires a tax invoice it needs to be furnished within 28 days of the request. We’re just automating the process so that you always have a history of all tax invoices for the G.J. Software.
Getting started
Masters: There is no Master setting for this feature.
Franchises: There is no end-user setting for this feature. You’ll see your first invoice on the last day of each month.
