E-Docs Signing: Changes to Document Expiration and Reminder Settings

What’s changing

Documents sent for electronic signature from eversign via G.J. Software expire after 1 month from the day they are sent if they do not receive a signature from all parties. We’re changing the cadence of the reminder notifications for unsigned documents.

  • First email reminder is changing from 3 days to 7 days after the document was sent
  • Second email reminder is changing from 1 week to 2 weeks after being sent
  • Final email reminder is changing from 3 days to 1 week before the expiration date 

Note
These changes will not impact existing documents sent for electronic signature.

All offices using E-Doc Signing.

Getting started

Franchises: There is no end-user setting for this change. All franchises utilize the same settings. Please note that there is no opportunity for any of these settings to be configured differently for specific franchises.
