Coming soon: New Leads column for Leads Board

What’s changing

We’re adding a new column called Leads to the Leads Board to help you manage your sales pipeline.

In this update:

  • Adding new Sales Folder Stage for Leads and the corresponding column to the Leads Board.
  • New website leads will appear under A Priority at the top of Leads column (new web leads will appear at the top of the list).
  • Uncontacted web lead cards will be highlighted in light blue (similar to leads with a past-due follow-up date).
  • Contacted web leads will be moved down the list and the color will change from blue to grey like all other lead cards.

End users with access to the Leads Board.

Why it’s important 

This feature will help salespeople quickly identify web leads that need to be followed up with as well as managers to see if leads are being contacted. 

Getting started 

  • Masters: There is no control for this feature. 
  • Franchises: This feature will be ON by default and no action is required.

Rollout pace 

  • US November 2
  • AU/NZ November 10

Availability 

This feature is generally available in all regions. Users in New Zealand will not see new web leads created in the system due to having a different website than Australia and the United States.
