Variations cannot be reversed if they have already been invoiced

What’s changing

Variations can no longer be reversed they have already been claimed. To reverse the variation you must first void the invoice in Xero.

Who’s impacted 

All users with Edit access to variations.

Additional details 

Previously reversals did not remove the variation claims from the system. This resulted in Xero showing the correct amount, but GJ5 would show a negative amount in variations yet to be claimed.

Now, variations cannot be reversed through GJ5 if they have already been claimed and users will be displayed a warning when they attempt to reverse it. To reverse the variation you must first void the invoice in Xero.

Getting started

This feature is enabled by default and there is no end user setting for this feature.
