What’s changing

A banner will be displayed 15 minutes before the server is taken offline for maintenance. A countdown timer will be displayed to give you enough time to save your work.

Why it matters

We undergo regular maintenance of our IT infrastructure to perform routine improvements. Unfortunately, no one can access the system during that time. It’s important to give users enough time to save and complete their work before being losing progress.

There is no end user setting for this feature.
