Change Order Quotations Report

The Change Order Quotations report lists the Change Order Quotations for Jobs in the Quotation stage.

  1. Open the library with reports.
  2. Select Change Order Quotations.
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:
Criteria
  • Sort By Select the sorting order:
    • Date Created
    • Job Number

4. When complete, click Apply. The system generates the report, as follows:

The report shows the following information:

Report Information
JobJob number including the Office’s number as prefix.
ClientClient name and address.
ContactContact phone number of the customer.
Site AddressAddress of the Site which the Job Change Orders attribute to.
Change OrderChange Order number and description.
CreatedDate when the Change Order was created.
Time ExtExtended time for the Change Order.
Gross AmountGross amount of the Change Order in dollars.
