The Franchise Monthly report shows performance information (KPI’s) about the Franchisee Office.

  1. Open the library with reports.
  2. Select Franchise Monthly Report.
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:
    For the Month of Select the month as of which the report will be generated. The system will generate the report starting from the beginning of the year and up to the selected month.

3. When complete, click Apply. The report is generated, as follows:

The report shows the following information:

Report Information
Receivables (Draws)Draw amounts broken down by time period.
SupervisorNumber of Jobs per each Supervisor.
Construction TimesNumber of Jobs broken down by construction periods.
Total Average DurationAverage duration of the Job construction (calculated on the basis of Jobs that fall within the reporting period).
EstimatorIdentifier of the Job Estimator:

 

  • Individual
  • Business
Estimates Jobs NumberNumber of estimated Jobs grouped by the number ranges.
ADVERTISING EXPENSES
MonthMonthly account balance.
YTDAccount balance from the start of the financial year to the reporting month.
SALES
TrafficCounted traffic per month and over the period from the start of the financial year.
LeadsNumber of Leads per month and over the period from the start of the financial year.
ProspectsNumber of Prospects per month and over the period from the start of the financial year.
SalesNumber of Sales per month and over the period from the start of the financial year.
ContractsNumber of Contracts per month and over the period from the start of the financial year.
ConversionsConversion rates, as follows:

 

  • Traffic to Leads
  • Leads to Prospects
  • Leads to Sales
  • Leads to Contracts
  • Prospects to Sales
  • Prospects to Contracts
Approvals Mkt Share 
Advertising SalesAmounts of monthly and yearly to date advertising sales.
Advertising ContractsAmounts of monthly and yearly to date advertising contracts.
Number of StaffNumber of staff of the Franchisee Office.
Staff Hours PaidNumber of hours paid to the Office staff.
Number of SalespersonsNumber of Salespersons in the Office.
Deposits / SalespersonNumber of sales against the number of Salespersons within the month.
No Sales in last 2 monthsNames of Salespersons who have sales in the last 2 months.
FINANCIALS
Finalized JobsNumber of the finalized Job including the Office number as prefix.
Constractual CompletionDate of the constractual completion.
Handover / CompletionHandover / Completion date of the Job.
Variance (days)Job construction variance in days.
Total variance for monthSum of Job variance days for the selected month.
YTD variance at the end of last monthSum of Job variance days from the start of the financial year and up to the month prior to the selected month.
YTD varianceSum of Job variance days from the start of the financial year and up to the selected month.
Average YTD variance (7 Jobs)Average Job variance (in days) from the start of the financial year and up to the selected month.
No of Finalized JobsNumber of finalized Jobs.
Finalized Job TurnoverTurnover of finalized Jobs.
Finalized Job Gross ProfitGross profit of finalized Jobs (including the ratio of Finalized Job Gross Profit to the Finalized Job Turnover).
LESS Overheads for MonthLESS Overheads for the selected month (including the ratio of LESS Overheads to the Finalized Job Turnover).
Profit (Loss) for MonthProfit (Loss) for the selected month. It is calculated as subtraction of LESS Overheads from Finalized Job Gross Profit for the current month (including the ratio).
Average Gross Profit per JobAverage Gross Profit per each finalized Job.
Average Net Profit per JobAverage Net Profit per each finalized Job.
Sales Turnover This MonthSales Turnover for the selected month.
Projected Gross ProfitProjected Gross Profit for finalized or non-finalized Jobs.

 

  • If no finalized Jobs are available, it is calculated as multiplication of Sales Profit Percentage and Sales Turnover for the selected month.
  • If finalized Jobs are available, it is calculated as multiplication of Gross Profit Percentage and Sales Turnover for the selected month.
LESS OverheadsAccount balance of the Franchisee Office (including the ratio of LESS Overheads to Sales Turnover for the selected month).
Projected Net Profit (Loss)Projected New Profit of the Franchisee Office. It is calculated as subtraction of LESS Overheads from the Projected Gross Profit.
